1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Fleetline Mobility's website, mobile experiences, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to both car rentals and our drive-to-own program.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (18-20 for select vehicles with a young-driver surcharge) and hold a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing. Drive-to-own enrollment requires proof of income and an active checking account. All drivers must complete KYC identity verification (license documents and face match). Vehicles are released only after KYC status is Verified. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and decline service where legally permitted.
3. Rentals
Rental prices, mileage allowances, and included features are displayed at the time of booking. Daily rentals include 200 miles per day; weekly and monthly rentals include unlimited miles within the continental United States. You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition, subject to normal wear and tear. Fuel, tolls, and citations incurred during your rental are your responsibility.
4. Drive-to-own program
The drive-to-own program allows you to make recurring payments toward eventual ownership of a vehicle. Pre-qualification uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. You may return the vehicle at any time without an early-termination penalty; you are responsible only for payments accrued through the return date. Upon completion of the agreed term and all payments, title transfers to you with no balloon payment.
5. Payments & fees
You authorize Fleetline Mobility to charge your selected payment method for all applicable charges. All prices are shown inclusive of mandatory fees before you confirm. Optional add-ons (such as protection plans) are clearly itemized. Late or missed drive-to-own payments may incur reasonable fees as disclosed in your member agreement.
6. Insurance & protection
You must maintain valid insurance coverage or purchase an eligible Fleetline Mobility Protection Plan. You are responsible for damage, loss, or theft not covered by your chosen protection option. Details of coverage and deductibles are provided at checkout and in your agreement.
7. Prohibited uses
Vehicles may not be used for illegal activity, racing, off-road use (unless expressly permitted), towing beyond rated capacity, transporting hazardous materials, or subleasing to third parties. Smoking and transporting unrestrained pets may result in cleaning fees.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleetline Mobility is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
