Renting is short-term. Pay by the day, week, or month and return the car when you're done. Drive-to-own is a path to ownership: you make simple weekly payments and, after your term, the vehicle is yours. No balloon payment, no surprises.
You must be at least 21 to rent (ages 18-20 can rent select vehicles with a young-driver fee) and 21 to enroll in drive-to-own. A valid US driver's license is required for all programs.
Daily rentals include 200 miles per day. Weekly and monthly rentals include unlimited miles within the continental US. Additional miles are just $0.25/mile if you exceed a daily cap.
You can add our Protection Plan at checkout, which includes liability and collision coverage. You may also use your own auto insurance or an eligible credit card benefit. We'll help you decide at pickup.
The primary driver must be present at pickup with a valid license and the payment card. Additional drivers can be added for free when they're an immediate family member, or for a small daily fee otherwise.
No. Pre-qualification uses a soft credit check that never impacts your score. You'll see your estimated weekly payment and approved vehicles before you commit to anything.
KYC (Know Your Customer) confirms your identity and valid U.S. driver's license with document uploads and a face-match selfie. Pre-qualification alone is not enough. Only KYC-verified drivers can pick up a vehicle, for rentals and drive-to-own.
No. Pickup is locked until your KYC status is Verified. We'll email and text you when you're cleared. If we need a clearer license photo or a resubmit, we'll tell you exactly what to fix.
There's no minimum credit score. We look at your income and ability to pay, not just your history. Thousands of members with limited or damaged credit have driven their way to ownership with us.
You can return the vehicle at any time with no early-termination penalty. You only pay for the weeks you drove. If you decide to keep going, every payment moves you closer to owning the car outright.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Drive-to-own members can set up automatic weekly or bi-weekly payments from a bank account or card.
Never. The price you see is the price you pay. Taxes and any optional add-ons are shown clearly before you confirm. No junk fees, no surprises.
