Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Fleetline Mobility, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our website and services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, contact details, driver's license, payment information, and income details for drive-to-own pre-qualification. We also collect usage data (pages viewed, device and browser information) and, with your consent, approximate location to show nearby vehicles.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process bookings and payments, perform soft credit checks for pre-qualification, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and (if you opted in) send you deals and updates. We never sell your personal information.

4. Credit inquiries

Drive-to-own pre-qualification uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry only occurs if you proceed with a full application and provide explicit consent. We disclose this clearly before any hard inquiry is made.

5. Sharing your information

We share information with service providers who help us operate (payment processors, credit bureaus, roadside partners, and analytics vendors) under strict confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

6. Your choices & rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain data sharing. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to not sell or share personal information. Contact privacy@fleetlinemobility.com to make a request.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
