- Own performance marketing budget and CAC targets
- Run experiments across paid social, search, and email
- Partner with data to measure incrementality
- Scale winning channels nationally
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, and analytics
- Strong SQL and experimentation mindset
- Marketplace or subscription experience a plus
