What you'll do
- Manage vehicle intake, maintenance, and rotation schedules
- Hit utilization and turnaround KPIs
- Lead a team of lot associates and mechanics
- Coordinate with the drive-to-own team on vehicle allocation
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in fleet, logistics, or operations management
- Track record leading frontline teams
- Strong analytical and scheduling skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
